Your Plan’s AI replies and AI packs

Each Plan gives AI replies every month, shared by all your Apps: 100 with the Starter Plan, 1,500 with the Small business Plan and 6,000 with the SME Plan. The count resets on the 1st of the month.

Each reply the AI writes counts as one: a Draft offered to a Member, or an automatic reply sent to the Contact. A reply the AI could not prepare because it was unavailable is not counted. 5 Rewrites use 1 AI reply, taken on the 1st of each run of 5; the month’s total includes them.

1. Open Company settings > Billing, or App settings > AI > Replies.
2. Under “AI replies used”, read “This month” and “AI packs”.
3. For more replies, choose “Buy AI replies”, then a pack of 1,000 replies: 1, 5, 10, 25 or 50 packs, each priced in your Company’s currency (up to −40%). Then “Continue”: pay from the Wallet when it covers them, or by Mobile Money or card, even on the Starter Plan.
4. Or choose “Move to Small business” or “Move to SME” for more replies every month.

AI pack replies are used once the month’s are. They are valid 12 months after purchase. With several purchases, the one ending first is used first. Paying by Mobile Money or card does not change your Plan and has its receipt in the Wallet history.

Only the Owner and Admins buy an AI pack or change Plan. When no AI reply is left, AI hands over to the team until the 1st of the month, and Members are told once a day.
