Starter is free too, with AI replies. Paid Plans add Members, Apps and AI replies, and the mobile SDK puts your chat inside your app itself, not in a web page opened inside it.
Each reply the AI writes counts as one, Draft or automatic reply, across all your Apps. The count resets on the 1st of the month. When none are left, AI hands over to your team. An AI pack adds 1,000 replies for $6, even on Starter, and up to −40% when you take more. Paid by Mobile Money, card or Wallet, it is valid 12 months.
Yes, any time. Moving up starts now, moving down starts next month.
You keep your Plan 7 more days, then move to Starter. Nothing is deleted.
