Use Zean in French or English

The dashboard and the chat come in French and English.

Your dashboard

Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then “Language”, and pick the dashboard language. It is also in “My profile”. It applies to your interface and to the sign-in emails you get. Invitations you send go out in that language too.

The language shows in the address: English pages start with /en, French pages have nothing in front. A link without /en opens the language you picked last, else your browser’s.

Your Contacts’ chat

The chat shows in the language of the Contact’s device when it is French or English. Otherwise, the chat uses the App’s default language, set in App settings > Appearance.

The header text, welcome message and away message can be written in French and English, with the “Content language” picker. When the version in their language is missing, the Contact sees the default language one.

A saved reply can have two versions too. It is inserted in the Contact’s language when that version exists, else in the other language. When the Contact’s language is unknown, the French version comes first.
