Create your company

Getting started takes a few minutes. The steps show on screen, in this order.

1. Sign in: enter your email address to get a 6-digit code, or choose “Continue with Google”.
2. Enter your first and last name. Your team sees your name. Contacts see your first name when you reply to them, unless the App shows only its own name. A name holds letters only, no digits or symbols.
3. Enter your company name.
4. Name your first App after your product, for example “Kibo Market”. Its website and mobile apps share it.
5. Install the chat: add your domain, then copy the install code into your site. You can also choose “I’ll do this later”.

You then land in the inbox. You are the Owner of the company, which starts on the free Starter Plan.

You got an invitation

Open the link in the email and sign in with the address that got the invitation. You only enter your name, then you join the company that invited you.

Signed in without the link, for example because Google refuses to sign in inside your email app’s browser? After your name, “Join your team” shows the invitation: click “Join”.

Create another company

Open the company menu at the top of the sidebar, then choose “New company”. The same menu switches from one company to another. You have a separate Role in each.
