Notifications on your phone

The Mobile app asks to send notifications after you sign in. Allow it to be alerted when a Contact writes in a conversation that is unassigned or assigned to you.

• Tap an alert to open the conversation, in its Company and App.
• Settings, then your profile: turn push notifications or the sound off on this phone. Each phone has its own settings. Push notifications ask the phone’s permission: refused, the switch stays off until you allow them in the phone’s Settings.
• With the sound off, every alert arrives silently. On Android they go through the "Messages without sound" channel.
• Set yourself Unavailable to stop alerts and new conversations on every device.
• Outside an App’s opening hours, its conversations send no alert. Missed alerts are not sent when it opens: the conversations wait in the Inbox.
• Unlock with Face ID or fingerprint: the Mobile app asks each time you open it.

No alerts? Check that notifications are allowed for Zean in your phone’s Settings.
