Your Contacts’ custom attributes

Custom attributes are details your App sends about each Contact, such as their city or number of orders. Your team sees them in the “Custom attributes” card of the Contact’s profile.

Send the attributes

Call setAttributes with an object: each key is the attribute’s name, each value a text, a number or a boolean.

Attributes come from your App: they cannot be changed from the dashboard. Do not put sensitive data in them, such as a password or a card number.
